Ladys Villa (Loz and Ady's villa) is our holiday home in the sun, it will sleep up to 8 people. We invite you to share our home when we are not in residence.  It is located towards the eastern edge of Kissimmee, on the Emerald Pointe community, off Boggy Creek Road, the south exit road from Orlando Airport.  It is easily accessible from a number of major roads, such as the Florida Highway 417, US Highway 192, Osceola Parkway (leads straight to Disney parks) and the Florida Turnpike. Ladys villa is ideally situated for the independent traveller, giving easy access to all the theme parks, space coast, airports and all other attractions, whilst being far enough away from the tourist traps to enjoy chill out days. 

Accommodation

Master suite: 

comprising. King size bed, bed side tables with touch sensitive bedside lamps and a digital radio alarm clock. Chest of drawers, Cable TV in a cabinet with more drawer space and a ceiling fan. A walk in closet with hanging space.An en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, garden tub, separate shower cubicle, hair dryer. Separate toilet room with further storage. 

Queen bedroom: comprising. Queen size bed, bed side tables with touch sensitive bedside lamps, a digital radio alarm clock and a ceiling fan.  Chest of drawers, Cable TV and a full size hanging closet.

Twin bedrooms:

Each comprising. 2 twin size beds, bed side table with touch sensitive bedside lamp, a digital radio alarm clock and a ceiling fan. Chest of drawers, Cable TV and a hanging closet.

Front Living area:

lounge comprising, 3 seater sofa and 2 easy chairs, coffee and occasional tables with table lamp, TV with full cable/digi box and dvd player. front dining area, dining table and 6 chairs with overhead lighting.

Island Kitchen diner:

with all cooking utensils, full oven, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher.  Crockery, cutlery, glasses, plastic plates and glasses for outside use.

Dining table and 4 chairs with overhead lighting. Computer closet provided with free high speed internet access. Telephone giving free local and national US telephone calls.

Rear Living area:

lounge, overlooking the pool deck and lake, comprising, 3 and 2 seater sofas coffee and occasional tables with table lamps one fitted with dusk to dawn lamp, ceiling fan, cable TV, radio/CD player and bookcase, if you start a book but cannot finish it in time please take the book with you but leave a similar book in its place.

Games Room: 

with pool table, air hockey & table football.

Caged pool deck:

private pool (heating available at extra charge) with parasol and deck furniture. The pool cage has recently had the lower side screens replaced with Florida glass (opaque material) giving added privacy.

General:

air conditioning, linens, towels & pool towels, washer/ dryer room, floor safe, Community Park and sports activities on the Lakeside Estate. (ballfield, basketball, picnic area, pavillion, In-line hockey rink, playground, tennis courts). All taxes included in quoted prices
